What You Can Expect

Our team is composed of long-term, highly skilled professionals dedicated to providing you and your family with safe, gentle, high-quality dental care. From your first communication with us, we expect you will experience our commitment to partnering with you in creating a lifelong relationship.

We expect that you will feel our office has a warm, caring, and comfortable atmosphere with state-of-the-art dental technology, because we have created it with you in mind! We understand that you or your child can feel anxious about visiting us; therefore, we want you to know that we are sensitive to you and your child's needs and we have solutions that can help.

It is our goal to make you feel comfortable visiting our dental practice while providing the best care possible.

Your first visit is all about you: your comfort, your happiness, and your health

During your first visit we will:

  • Review your dental and medical history
  • Take a series of X-rays and photographs of your teeth and smile
  • Perform a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums, checking for cavities or early signs of tooth decay or gingivitis along with screening for oral cancer and TMJ problems

After careful review of your records, Doctor Peterson will discuss his findings with you and assist you in creating your own individual treatment plan based on your healthcare needs and desires.

Bring your smile and also remember to bring these with you to your first appointment:

  • Your completed patient information form
  • Your dental insurance card
  • Your welcome packet, if we mailed one to you

Our entire team is anticipating your first visit and the opportunity to get to know you better!

Remember, regular checkups are an important part of maintaining a healthy smile; we look forward to helping you make dentistry a part of your healthcare routine!

The American Dental Association recommends that you visit your dentist every six months for regular checkups and routine teeth cleanings to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

We understand you have a busy schedule, so when you’re preparing to visit our office, please remember to confirm the amount of time you have reserved with us.
